What companies ask that want to enter the other market.
Isn't it enough to have my website translated?
Rarely. A word-for-word translation reads noticeably foreign to native speakers, and it misses the search terms: what people search for in Germany is often a different term in the Spanish market, not a translated one. We write the target language afresh, based on what is actually searched for there.
Do I need a Spanish company to sell in Spain?
For many cases, no — but that depends on your activity, your turnover and whether you sell to businesses or to consumers. Here is our limit: this is a tax and legal question that your tax adviser has to answer, not us. We tell you what the website and the mandatory disclosures need in both countries.
Who looks after me — someone local or someone remote?
The company is based in Manises near Valencia; the founder is German and comes from Rheinhessen. Work is done digitally, in German, Spanish, English or Russian. In and around Valencia, in-person meetings are genuinely possible; in Germany we are not on site and do not claim to be.
Do you also handle sales or lead outreach in the target market?
No. We are not a sales or outreach agency, and we do not send anyone to call on your customers. Our work ends where yours begins: we work on your visibility in the target market and on getting enquiries to find their way to you — through a website in the local language, through Google Ads and through visibility in AI answers. Closing the deal is down to you and your sales team. If you also need someone on the ground who actively sells, we will tell you so plainly rather than selling it to you on the side.
What mandatory disclosures does a website in Spain need?
Under the LSSI-CE, Spain requires operator details similar to the German Impressum (legal notice), plus privacy information under the GDPR — which applies equally in both countries. Differences exist in register details and tax numbers. We build the structure; the substantive approval of the legal texts belongs to your lawyer or tax adviser.
Do I pay different prices in Spain than in Germany?
No. The same prices for both markets, with no mark-up or discount by country of origin: project 499 € net as a one-off, or partnership from 349 € net a month. How much VAT is added depends on where your business is based — we give you the final amount in the quote, before you commit.
Where does entering the German market begin?
With language and the mandatory legal pages, not with advertising. German customers expect an imprint, a privacy notice and text that was written in German rather than translated into it. Only once that stands is ad budget worth spending — otherwise ads lead to a page that costs trust instead of building it.
Why Germany rather than all of Europe at once?
Because Germany is the largest single market in the EU: roughly €4.5 trillion of economic output, 23.8% of EU gross domestic product (Eurostat, 2025). In practice, "Europe" means several languages, several legal frameworks and several ad accounts at the same time. One country after another is cheaper, and you find out sooner whether it works.
How long until we are found in the other market?
Two different clocks. Paid ads run from the day the account is live; there the only question is how quickly the target market's search terms fit. Unpaid visibility in Google and in AI answers takes months, because content has to exist before a search engine can rank it. We will not promise you a date we cannot measure.
