Pay-per-Lead / Performance-Based
Pay for results, not for effort — per qualified enquiry.
Traditional agencies charge a fixed monthly flat fee, whatever comes of it. With us, payment can be tied to the result: you pay — in full or in part — per qualified lead, meaning per real enquiry that fits you. That way we share the risk and have the same goal as you: more of the right customers.
Kurz gesagt
Pay-per-lead means: you pay not for effort but per qualified enquiry — per prospect who meets criteria agreed beforehand. What counts as a lead is fixed in writing before the first campaign runs. Payment can be tied to it in whole or in part, so we carry part of the risk with you.
What we deliver
- Payment tied to real enquiries
- A clear, agreed-in-advance definition of what counts as a lead
- Every enquiry traceable in the live dashboard
- We share the risk — the same goal as you
What you get out of it
A fixed flat fee rewards effort — not results
With a fixed monthly flat fee, the agency earns the same whether 2 or 200 enquiries come in. That sets the wrong incentives. In the pay-per-lead model, we tie our fee to what matters to you: qualified enquiries. The precondition for that is transparency — every enquiry has to be traceable. That's exactly what the live dashboard is for. That turns “we'll do our best” into a measurable, shared goal.
Numbers and sources
Advertising calls without consent can be fined up to €300,000.
§ 7 (2) UWG (German Unfair Competition Act) requires prior express consent for consumers and at least presumed consent for businesses. For advertising emails, express consent applies with no B2B exception — the lower threshold covers telephone calls only. That is why enquiries with us come from content someone requests voluntarily, not from purchased lists. This is our reading of the statute, not legal advice.
Source: § 7 (2) and § 20 UWG (German Unfair Competition Act; fine framework, documentation breaches up to €50,000). The competent authority is the Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Network Agency).
Was es kostet
Depending on the industry and order value, the price ranges between €40 and €250 net per qualified enquiry. What counts as "qualified" is agreed in writing beforehand — otherwise you end up arguing over every single enquiry afterwards. Performance-based billing requires us to know your closing rate; it is therefore not an entry-level model, but usually added after the first months of working together.
Alle Preise im DetailHow we work
Define the lead cleanly
First we define together what counts as a qualified lead for your business — for example an enquiry with budget, region and genuine need. That's the only way billing stays fair and unambiguous.
Set up capture & proof
We set up tracking and dashboard so that every enquiry is documented without gaps — source, time, quality. You see at any time what you're paying for.
Launch & scale
Once the model is running, we scale what brings leads and turn off what only costs. Because our fee hangs on the result, we automatically work in your interest.
Terms explained
Your marketing costs hang on what matters — the right enquiries. You pay for results, and we have every incentive to deliver exactly those.
What isn't promised even on a performance basis
A lead is not an order. Whether a qualified enquiry turns into a customer is decided after the handover — by your price, your offer and, above all, how quickly someone calls back; nobody billing by result has any control over that. Just as little can be said in advance about how many enquiries a month will bring: the model shifts the risk, it doesn't remove it. What is binding is the definition — what counts as an enquiry is fixed before the first euro changes hands, every enquiry can be traced by source and time in your account, and you have an agreed period to dispute one that doesn't meet the definition. Our enquiries come from content someone requests voluntarily, not from bought address lists.
Common questions
Is it all pay-per-lead, or is there a base fee?
Usually it's a combination: a smaller base fee for operations and channels plus an amount per qualified lead. We tune the exact ratio to your industry and margins — pure pay-per-lead is also possible depending on the case.
What counts as a lead — and who decides that?
We define that together in advance and put it in writing. Only enquiries that meet these criteria are charged. Disputed cases are traceable thanks to the dashboard and documentation and are resolved fairly.
Which industries is this suited to?
Anywhere a single enquiry has a clear value — service providers, trades, B2B, high-priced offers. For very low order values or pure online sales, other models are often more sensible; we'll tell you that honestly.
